This year on opening day at the Conrad Mansion, May 15th, 2010 Hansons Carriage company will be giving free carriage rides with the price of admission.
The Conrad Mansion Museum is one of the most outstanding examples of luxurious living and period architecture in the Pacific Northwest. Built for Charles and Alicia Conrad, one of the founding families in Kalispell, the building itself remains unchanged since Spokane architect Kirkland Cutter designed and finished the home of 1895. Fully furnished with Conrad Family items, this experience is a journey into the past. Tours of this beautiful Victorian-style Mansion tell the story of the Conrad Family give interpretation to a by-gone era. Guests experience the elegance of Montana's history and explore the home of on extraordinary pioneer.
Guided Tours start on the hour from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from May 15th through October 15th.
